Emily Hare, Head of Editorial & Research at The Honey Partnership

Emily is editor at Honey, a social-creative agency, working with its international clients to develop long-form written content and build out the agency’s editorial proposition.

Emily joined Honey from Contagious – a magazine, online platform, events series and consultancy. As managing editor she identified and analysed the most important developments driving marketing, business, design, technology and creativity, writing Brand Spotlights pieces and interviewed leading creatives, thinkers and technologists.

Emily joined Contagious as an Intern, after studying English at Exeter and a GAP year spent teaching in China.

She has spoken at industry events including Ad:Tech, Most Contagious, Golden Drum and Advertising Week, has judged at BIMA and D&AD New Blood, serves on Superbrands’ Consumer council, and The Creative Shootout’s advisory board. She is passionate about mentoring, and mentors at School of Communication Arts 2.0 and through Bloom, a group for women in advertising.

Outside of work she can be found listening to music, learning Chinese and Spanish and, occasionally, climbing mountains.
