Harriet Knight – Head of Account Management, Pablo London

Since starting her career at JWT, Harriet has been in the industry for over 10 years. She’s worked across a variety of sectors, geographies and brands including Dove, Johnson & Johnson, Debenhams, Royal Caribbean International, B&Q and Costa Coffee.

She is a champion of integration and collaboration, and understands what it takes to get the best of her team to build effective campaigns. During her time at Karmarama, she led the New Business team for the Production Agency, Kream before launching B&Q’s most integrated campaign to date across ATL, digital, direct mail, partnerships and their 35,000 staff base. She then developed communications for Costa Coffee across their 3,400+ stores both in the UK and Internationally – including the entry of the Brand into the Philippines. More recently at Ogilvy, she’s been running the Dove Bar business Globally and creating campaigns across 20+ markets including, the NPD launches of Baby Dove and Dove Facial Cleansing. Harriet joined Pablo, one of the fastest growing Independent boutique agencies in October 2018 as Head of Account Management. In her spare time, aside from having a passion for travel, Harriet is on the Board of Governors at a local Primary School, an avid wine fan (having recently completed her WSET qualification) and attempting to learn Spanish.
