Holly is Chief Customer Officer at EAT. The Real food Company. For the last three years she has been part of the executive leadership team transforming the brand & business and returning it to profitable growth. EAT. is a premium multisite food-to-go retailer with 102 shops across the UK & Europe. She is responsible for brand communication and customer service across all touch points, commercial and partnerships, food development and NPD with full P&L accountability. EAT. successfully completed the sale of the business to Pret a Manger at a market leading EBITDA multiple.
Prior to EAT., Holly worked at Sainsbury’s starting her career in buying before moving up and into brand planning roles for Sainsbury’s own brands. She worked on several innovation projects including the relaunch of Be Good to Yourself and the relaunch of by Sainsbury’s, the core own label range worth £6.8bn.
She has 2 young children, advocates flexible working for all and recently completed a mini MBA in Marketing.
