Jessica Treasure, Business Director – PHD Media

Jess is currently responsible for leading the Argos and Sainsbury’s non-food business at PHD, managing £30m+ of spend annually. She delivers the strategic planning and implementation for all campaigns, across this fast-paced retail account.

Prior to this, Jess spent 3 years working predominantly on the Mondelez (Cadburys) and Virgin Atlantic accounts. Working on Virgin Atlantic in particular, Jess honed her performance marketing skills, leading the team to deliver significant improvements across multiple metrics. In conjunction with brand building campaigns, some of which are now used as industry wide case studies. Jess has also worked on several successful UK and Global pitches whilst at PHD.

Jess began her career at Walker Media (now Blue 449), where for 5 years she worked across their flagship accounts; Dixons Retail Group, Network Rail and M&S. As part of the M&S team, Jess helped to launch the M&S Beauty proposition as well as delivering campaigns for their food and GM business.

Alongside client responsibilities, Jess actively participates in PHD’s charity and graduate training initiatives and was part of the team that helped develop PHD’s new internal media planning process.

Outside of work Jess is attempting to become a keen runner; she also attends art history courses at the Courtauld Institute of Art as well as packing in as much travelling as possible.
