Laura is the Head of Partnerships for m/SIX, the UK’s fastest-growing media planning and buying agency. She leads the output of all partnerships, creative solutions and sponsorships across the business. With over 40 offices worldwide, m/SIX is backed by WPP – the world’s largest communications agency network – and embraces a unique ownership structure between The&Partnership and WPP.
Laura joined m/SIX in 2017, creating the Partnerships offering from scratch. Since then she has led the department to commercial and creative success, growing billings from £0 to over £18 million in three years. With 14 years’ experience in creative solutions and sponsorships her knowledge and strategic view has propelled the agency to be a leader within the creative media world. Prior to her role at m/SIX, Laura worked for both media agencies and media owners including Carat, Sky and Zenith. She firmly believes that having experience on ‘both sides of the fence’ is a major asset as it brings balance, creativity and a wealth of knowledge to strategy, campaigns and client work.
Outside of work Laura is a Bloom member and mentors younger media professionals. She is a wannabe yogi but despite years of practise still can’t master a headstand. This hasn’t deterred her, though, and the enthusiasm she brings to the mat means it’ll surely happen one day. The Great British Bake Off is the dream for Laura having made several wedding cakes for friends and family.
