Lauren Reynolds, Senior Global Partnerships Manager – Universal Music and Brands

Lauren is currently Senior Global Partnerships Manager at Universal Music Group and Brands. Universal Music and Brands is the leading music company in the world, providing tailor-made branded solutions to marketers who want to reach, engage and create meaningful connection with fans and consumers, servicing more than 500 brands yearly in 70 countries. Lauren works with artists and brands to grow the strategic brand partnerships, go to market strategy, project manage and manage business development activities globally. She is responsible for developing compelling brand marketing packages, business models and proposals as well as management of insight-based strategies for new and existing brand partners and label.

Previously she was Brand Marketing Manager for ITV Studios where she was responsible for executing all campaign strategy across formats and non-scripted series. Some of her more recent successes included growing the UK’s success of Love Island. How could we turn this into a 365 brand? The gauntlet was laid down. We needed heat in the global marketing plan, and heat is what Lauren delivered building the brand reputation across multiple territories which continue to grow. She is also responsible for re-launching Dancing On Ice to the international broadcast market and has been instrumental in driving sales within APAC, increasing ITV Studios’ presence at key trade events in these territories.

Lauren was at EE for 5 years, where she was Brand Manager for the biggest network in the UK. At EE, she was responsible for creating and managing brand guidelines and leading the creative development of key EE product launches as well as studio managing the first In House Video team, of which highlights included producing the launch of the 4GEE Action Cam, a stunt which created a wide range of national press and over a million organic impressions on social media and launching by placing someone on top of Wembley Stadium’s Arch.

Lauren was awarded the Young Persons Success Story award in 2011 by The Big Academy. She also holds a BTEC in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship from the Peter Jones National Enterprise Academy and received the highest number of employment offers of any graduate.
