Nick Payman, Membership Marketing Manager – Arsenal Football Club

Nick holds the position of Marketing Manager at Arsenal Football Club and heads up the Club’s customer experience strategy for its global membership base of over 200,000 fans both on and offline. With a key focus on driving member retention, acquisition and customer life time value to the brand Nick has helped grow the membership base by 15% over the past three years. In the past Nick has worked within the Club’s global partnerships team working across sales and client services. Most recently Nick has led the planning and delivery of the Club’s first-team trip to Nigeria to support its local sponsors in a number of player events.

Before joining Arsenal Nick headed up the marketing team at Fairfax Coffee, a leading coffee machine retailer in London and looked after the project to launch the company’s new e-commerce website.
