Rebecca proudly heads up the Spreads and Drizzles portfolio at Hain Daniels, home to many of Britain’s best loved breakfast brands including Hartley’s and Sun-Pat. As Marketing Controller she is responsible for leading, developing and delivery of a portfolio strategy that drives share, penetration and brand growth in the UK market. As well as coaching and inspiring her team for success, she sits on the Commercial Leadership Team which is responsible for the wider business growth strategy.
Prior to this Rebecca worked on both the Ambient Desserts and Plant Based portfolios at Hain Daniels and was instrumental in driving tangible growth above expectation and leading transformational projects that involved complex multi-territory stakeholders to board level as well as cross functional project teams.
Her greatest achievement to date is the work done over the 3 years she led the Hartley’s jelly pots range which quickly raised the profile of a low consideration product both with consumers and with internal stakeholders. She has left behind a legacy of consistent growth and a range over performance of 20% CAGR growth in a declining market.
Before joining Hain Daniels Rebecca worked on a variety of consumer product brands encompassing everything from notebooks to compost, delivering brand strategy and NPD launches with a true consumer focus.
In her spare time Rebecca loves mentoring small businesses, finding lots of ways to be creative (she’s a Pinterest addict!). She also is Raksha (Mother Wolf) to 30+ energetic Cub Scouts who always keep her on her toes!
