Rob is an experienced marketing professional, with a passion for strategic thinking and shaping change. Analytical and data driven, Rob is a commercially minded marketer who understands how to reach and connect with different audiences, which always start with a clear and focused customer insight.

Rob joined Moneysupermarket Group in 2016 and is responsible for leading the Group CRM team, consisting of 30 high performing team members, with a broad remit across strategy, planning, data, operations, analytics, creative and content functions.

Rob has a proven track record for delivering strong business growth in organisations, as well the strategic development and delivery of large end to end integrated marketing programs.

Rob is an honest and transparent leader, who is able to recognise individuals’ strengths to continually learn and grow, nurturing a culture of high performing teams.

Prior to Moneysupermarket, Rob spent nearly 8 years living in Australia in Marketing leadership roles, working for both Westpac, a leading banking and financial service provider and David Jones, an upscale Australian department store with 39 stores nationally.

Outside of work, Rob is a naturally inquisitive person, who loves exploring new countries, meeting new people and being open to new experiences that push him outside of his comfort zone.
