Sarah leads a global team focussing on the design and execution of transformative education programmes for Googlers and Google customers. Her team is accountable for design excellence and innovation across all our learning touchpoints, as well as streamlining standards and operations.

Sarah has extensive experience and passion as a leader of teams that help people at all levels develop in rapidly changing and ambiguous business environments. She’s been the architect of learning programs of all shapes and sizes around the world, from creating and launching the first-ever global methodology for how Googlers should sell in a scaled skills program across 10,000 participants in our business around the world, to building highly impactful learning experiences for small in-person cohorts at all levels in an organisation.

Her previous roles include successfully leading the delivery of Google’s first ever global sales certification program in branding and video, building the first ever agency sales division in Hong Kong, as well as creating and scaling the very successful Squared programme globally.

She is currently participating in a Masters in Executive Coaching at Ashridge Business School, as well as Google’s ‘Polaris’ program: a highly selective initiative to develop emerging leaders with high potential across all functions in the organization. She was named a ‘Woman to Watch’ in Campaign Asia’s 2015 lineup.
