In 2015 Scott joined the UFC to head up their marketing and digital efforts in a newly created role. Scott is responsible for fan growth and brand development across the EMEA. Scott is known as specialist in demand creation and brand strategy with a focus on millennial audiences. He has built his career on delivering audience growth and high level fan engagement to drive revenue/commercial opportunities. In 2017 Scott was named as one of the of the rising sport executives in the UK under 30, as part of the Sports industry Next-Gen programme.
Prior to joining UFC, Scott has held a number of roles with leading organizations in the sporting world including the NBA and the global sports broadcaster ESPN. He spent five years at ESPN learning his trade in the marketing team with a focus on brand development and fan engagement strategies. After a number of roles at ESPN, Scott moved to the NBA in 2013 to build out the marketing function, as he was appointed the first marketing hire in the EMEA region.
Outside of work – Scott has recently become a new father and is enjoying the wonderful world of fatherhood.
