After a rigorous selection process spanning 3 months, The Marketing Academy has unveiled the 30 emerging leaders who will be participating in their 2014 Scholarship programme.
The new cohort will undertake a free year long programme of mentoring, coaching and experiential learning delivered by the UK’s most successful business leaders, senior marketers and award winning companies.
The process included telephone and face to face interviews in addition to psychometric evaluation designed by Maidenhead based Psychologists Team Focus. More than 20 HR Directors and Marketing practitioners made up the selection panel.
At a party to celebrate the start of the 2014 Scholarship year on Monday 12th May 2014 at Diageo’s headquarters in North London, Marketing Academy Founder, Sherilyn Shackell said: “We have once again be blown away by the level of marketing talent here in the UK. We had some incredibly tough decisions to make when choosing the final 30 scholars and we are grateful to everyone who has helped in the selection process.”
