Michelle is Initiative Lead for the World Federation of Advertisers Planet Pledge and plays a pivotal role in driving WFA’s commitment to environmental sustainability within the marketing industry. She leads initiatives, collaborates with stakeholders, and champions the adoption of sustainable practices among marketers globally.
Michelle’s 20-year career spans a mix of B2B and B2C sales, marketing, strategic capability, people and leadership development. She held a retail focused marketing role at The Walt Disney Company before going on to help establish the Marketing Capability function at HEINEKEN UK. She also served The Marketing Academy in numerous roles but latterly as Global Partnerships director. Prior to her role at the WFA, Michelle was Associate Director of sustainability consulting firm Project 17.
