Winning a place on the Fellowship is like a lottery win for ambitious senior marketers seeking personal development. You really need to commit the time to the sessions to get the value back. The first thing I noticed was the quality of the Fellowship cohort – some of the very best Marketing Directors/CMOs from the top brands across several sectors. I feel privileged to have spent so much time with this class bunch. It’s really interesting to share experiences & understand that many have the same dreams and anxieties as you. Hopefully we’ll stay in close touch as our careers evolve. The programme is hugely well supported by top class talent from the likes of McKinsey, Slaughter & May, Freuds, Spencer Stuart etc. – they really roll out the big guns. Who better to learn from! I’ve been going through some major career decision points during the programme and the quality of the coaching & mentoring support here has been first class – and helped crystallise some big changes. My only grumble – it’ll be over soon!
