The Marketing Academy announces the 15 marketing leaders about to embark on the powerful Board level ‘Fellowship Programme’

Last night the Marketing Academy revealed the 15 CMO’s and marketing leaders selected to participate in the inaugural year of the unique Fellowship Programme. In line with all Marketing Academy programmes delegates are not charged for a place on The Fellowship, however participation is highly selective. Over 100 executives applied for a place and the successful Fellows underwent a robust 3 stage selection process including in depth personality and capability evaluation by experts Bioss.

The selection process culminated with interviews with board level recruiters from Heidrick & Struggles, Korn Ferry, Spencer Stuart, Egon Zehnder, Norman Broadbent and Grace Blue who were joined by a select group of Board executives and psychologists.

The Marketing Academy’s Founder Sherilyn Shackell said:  ‘The calibre and level of applicant was extremely high making the ultimate decision to select the final 15 incredibly challenging. Many people and companies have donated their time and resources to support the programme and on behalf of everyone involved I’d like to congratulate the entire Fellowship cohort. We can’t wait to work with them throughout the year’.
