The Marketing Academy US reveals the 6th cohort of marketing executives selected for its coveted annual Scholarship Program. The selection process saw leaders from client-side brands, media owners and agencies compete via a 3-stage selection process for just 30 places. The Program is free but highly selective and is designed to utilise the collective knowledge of the industry to develop the Scholars’ skills and prepare them for their journey towards senior and board level business leadership roles.
Often described as ‘transformational’ and ‘life-changing,’ The Marketing Academy US Scholarship Program is now entering its 6th year. After five hugely successful years of the Scholarship Program, The Marketing Academy US Community continues to grow and thrive, contributing to over 1300 Alumni globally.
Funded in 2024 by partners: Salesforce, Mars, Lenovo and Bazaarvoice, the comprehensive program curriculum includes one-to-one mentoring with an enviable line up of board level executives. These include: Catherine Tan-Gillespie – Chief Marketing Officer & Chief Development Officer, KFC US, Douglas Martin – Chief Marketing Officer, General Mills, Naomi Troni – Global Chief Marketing Officer, VML and Sharb Farjami – CEO North America, Group M to name just a few.
In addition to the mentoring, Scholars all work one-to-one with an Executive Coach and attend 3 residential ‘Boot Camps’ packed with inspirational speakers and masterclasses, hosted by renowned subject matter experts.

The announcement of the 2024 US Scholarship Cohort is not the only exciting news, registrations for the 2026 International C-Suite Fellowship program is now live here. Since the launch of The Fellowship in the US in 2019, the Program that is designed to provide CMOs with access to board-level thinking and development in all elements of Board stewardship has gone from strength to strength.
