The Marketing Academy launches its CMO Fellowship Program in the U.S.

At an exclusive event during Cannes Lions, The Marketing Academy announced its coveted CMO Fellowship Program, which has run across Europe for six years, will also be delivered for the first time in the United States.

Applications are now open for The U.S. Fellowship Program, a 9-month board level mentoring, coaching and development program which is geared to developing today’s Chief Marketing Officers into tomorrow’s CEOs. The program is delivered free of charge, although highly selective, requiring a time commitment of 12 days between January & September 2020 and is sponsored by Facebook & Salesforce.

Delivered by non profit organization The Marketing Academy, Fellowship places will be awarded to a maximum of 20 CMOs and high achieving marketing leaders in each territory who will benefit from a comprehensive knowledge curriculum developed by McKinsey & Company, partners and functional experts. Taking place across three Residential events the program includes masterclasses covering the full CEO, leadership and board stewardship spectrum, immersive CMO to CEO leadership journey program led by global CMO leadership expert Thomas Barta, executive coaching with individual one-to-one sessions from a professional coach, mentoring sessions with high profile board Directors and peer-to-peer learning with an exclusive peer group.

The Fellowship Program boasts over 100 CMO Alumni from companies such as; IBM, Emirates Group, HSBC, Starbucks, Amazon, Cisco, Adidas, GE and Unilever who describe it as career transforming.
