Applications Open for The Marketing Academy EMEA 2021 Fellowship Program

Applications are now open for The Marketing Academy EMEA 2021 Fellowship Program, a 9-month mentoring, coaching and learning program, geared to developing today’s Chief Marketing Officers into tomorrow’s CEOs.  The coveted program was established in Europe in 2013 and in the U.S. last year. The program is free of charge for Fellows, though it is highly selective and requires a time commitment of around 12 days between April and October 2021.

Developed in partnership with McKinsey & Company and sponsored by Facebook, Fellowship places are awarded to a maximum of 20 CMOs and high achieving marketing leaders who will benefit from a comprehensive knowledge curriculum which are delivered during three events (two residential and one virtual).  Designed to provide CMOs with access to board-level thinking the program includes masterclasses covering the full CEO, leadership and board stewardship spectrum, immersive CMO to CEO leadership journey led by leadership expert Thomas Barta, individual one-to-one sessions from  professional Executive Coaches provided by Wisdom 8, Media Training by Freuds, mentoring sessions with high profile board Directors and peer-to-peer learning with an exclusive peer group.

There are over 150 Global Alumni of this elite program including: Cristina Diezhandino, Global CMO, Diageo, April Adams-Redmond, Global Brand Vice President, Unilever, Carol Chen, Global Lubricants Vice President, Shell,  Arthur Hoeld, Managing Director Europe, Adidas and Dara Treseder, SVP & Head of Global Marketing, Peloton Interactive.
