Veronika Shiroka

Veronika is a seasoned human resources professional who has spent much of her career supporting organizations in transition. She is a skilled practitioner in the areas of strategic HR planning, leadership development, executive coaching, talent acquisition, workforce planning and employee relations. Veronika has worked in both for profit and non-profit organizations across multiple industries.

Veronika has held various leadership roles in her 20+ year career as an HR professional. While at New York University, she was a Senior HR Business Partner, leading a team of HR Managers who supported 800 employees across various departments/divisions. Her current role as Director of Talent Management and Organization Development at the Clinton Foundation has allowed her to support and advise the organization through a period of transition by creating and executing a framework for talent acquisition, leadership development, and retention.

Over the span of her HR career, Veronika’s key objective has always been to bring out the best in an organization’s talent and support a culture of engagement. As a coach, Veronika provides a unique combination of insight, authenticity, and business acumen to help clients reach their potential. With empathy, humor and candor, Veronika works with individuals at all levels of the organization and provides concrete suggestions to increase business results. Most recently, Veronika was a panelist on the Town Hall of the Future event sponsored by Convene.
