DeDe Halfhill

Colonel in the United States Air Force and Executive Leadership Coach

DeDe Halfhill is a Colonel in the United States Air Force and a Georgetown-certified

Executive Leadership Coach with more than 23 years of experience leading a variety of small teams to large complex organizations.

Within the Air Force, DeDe has held a variety of positions at the squadron, group, wing, Air Staff, combatant command and combined command levels, including a tour with the Air Force Air Demonstration Squadron, “The Thunderbirds;” Department of Defense Legislative Fellow for Senator Evan Bayh; and Senior National Defense Fellow with Georgetown University’s Institute for the Study of Diplomacy. She also served as the Strategic Communication Advisor to the Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force. DeDe deployed twice to Iraq, where she was the Public Affairs Advisor to the Commanding General, Multi-National Forces, Baghdad, Iraq and as the Commander, 332nd Expeditionary Force Support Squadron, Joint Base Balad, Iraq.

As an executive coach, DeDe specializes in helping executives and leaders align with and utilize their unique blend of strengths and values so they may best engage opportunities and challenges with clarity and vitality. She helps her clients bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be, so they lead themselves and others with courage, insight, and compassion. She works closely with her clients to help them increase their self-awareness and access insights for personal and organizational success while maintaining and building their wellbeing.
