Sarah Thompson, Global CEO, Droga5

Originally from a tiny town in Maine, Sarah began her career at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, then moved on to Mullen and BBH. She joined a 40-person Droga5 in 2008 and, in 2014, was named Global CEO. Sarah now leads the growth and expanding capabilities of what is now a 500-person strong agency with a thriving office in London. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and two children.
