Candice Collison leads Facebook’s Retail Industry marketing efforts in the United States. She draws on 12 years of direct to consumer and business to business marketing efforts, primarily in the technology and digital advertising sector. She has been at Facebook for just over four years helping Retail clients navigate changing consumer behavior and major shifts in communication and technology. Candice has spent her career supporting Retailers’ digital advertising efforts, including three years in Account Management and Analytics at Google, and three years on the client side at The North Face.
Outside of Facebook, Candice is passionate about ethics and sustainability in the fashion industry. She enjoys discovering new responsible brands and up-cycling clothing. Candice has founded two sustainable fashion start-ups including Mod and Ethico and WoollyRoo. She sits on the advisory board of an early-phase sustainable footwear start-up called Scoots Shoes. Ms. Collison also serves on the investment committee of Northwestern Alumni venture fund Purple Arch Ventures.
Candice spends most of her free time with her husband Ben and their 15 month-old baby Adalynn. The family enjoys the outdoors, staying active, and spending time fixing up their new home in Naperville, Illinois.
Candice is based in Facebook’s Chicago office, but she is originally from Virginia. She graduated from the University of Virginia in 2006, and earned her MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management in 2016.
