James Etheridge, Strategy and Account Associate, McCann Global Health

James Etheridge is the Strategy and Account Associate at McCann Global Health where he oversees and manages the team’s engagement on a wide range of projects with both private and public sector clients including UNICEF, USAID, FHI360, the AB InBev Foundation, and the Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves. As a member of the strategy team, James develops strategic communications platforms, oversees the team’s internal and external research engagements, and manages all project monitoring and evaluation activities. Through this work, James applies his rich background in implementation science, behavioral science, and outcomes research to develop powerful, evidence-based strategies to drive, and maintain, behavior change. 

Previously, James was an Adjunct Professor at The College of New Jersey where he taught a senior level course in social marketing that was focused on how commercial marketing principles could be used to create lasting, positive social impact.

James holds a Master’s of Public Health from Columbia University where he focused his studies on ecological perspectives of human behavior, as well as comparative and effective outcomes research. James additionally holds a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies and Biology from The College of New Jersey.
