Kelly leads the Insights & Data Strategy team at Havas Media across the agency’s portfolio of 30+ healthcare brands. Her primary role is to partner and collaborate with planning, investments, and analytics teams as well as client and inter-agency teams to develop integrated and addressable communications strategies. In her time at Havas Media, she has helped onboard two flagship pharmaceutical clients, as well as played a key role to expand current client relationships through incremental media planning and buying and various market research engagements. Currently interested in the intersection of addressable data and consumer privacy, she is working to develop and implement a consistent and robust addressable audience strategic framework across the agency’s healthcare practice that can apply across the spectrum of consumer, OTC, and HCP media execution.
Other Insights workstreams include custom market research studies, competitive intelligence and monitoring, consumer journey and persona development, awareness forecasting, social listening, and media budget and channel allocation modelling. In addition to her role in Havas Media’s healthcare practice, she also oversees 60+ agency media planning tools and data assets, including on-going evaluation of existing resources and new market capabilities.
Prior to joining Havas Media, Kelly worked in a variety of roles focusing on quantitative and qualitative market research and branding and communications consulting in the automotive, CPG, pharmaceutical, beverage, financial, and B2B sectors.
