Nate O’Neal, Director, Global Marketing Programs – Workday

Nate O’Neal currently leads the tech personas demand generation organization at Workday; a leading provider of cloud finance, human capital management, and analytics applications. In his role, Nate leads a team of demand generation marketers tasked with driving pipeline across the full suite of Workday applications amongst a key buyer involved in every Workday purchasing decision: the CIO. In this global role, Nate also works across regions abroad to ensure his teams campaigns resonate in markets outside of the US.

Prior to Workday, Nate worked for a variety of B2B technology companies in the Bay Area, including OneLogin and WageWorks. At OneLogin, Nate led integrated marketing campaigns to drive growth for their identity management platform. At WageWorks, Nate worked across the marketing function, leveraging digital, events, social, and more to drive growth and adoption of their full suite of consumer-directed benefit products.

Nate began his career in marketing through design and branding, before quickly turning his focus to growth marketing. He is a creative-at-heart, and his passion for brand shines through his work in the demand generation function.

While not working, you can most likely find Nate looking for new ways to travel the world. Or at home, having a glass of wine with his wife and their golden retriever, Chili.
