Rebecca Duke is Senior Brand Manager at Mars Wrigley Confectionery, the world’s largest confectionery manufacturer. Leveraging 10 years of experience in consumer brand management and innovation strategy, she currently is responsible for launching MALTESERS®, U.K.’s #1 bite-size crispy candy brand now available in the U.S.
Prior to this role, Rebecca held a number of positions on Mars Wrigley Confectionery top brands including M&M’S®, SNICKERS®, and TWIX®. She also was responsible for the NFL sponsorship strategy and relationship for the Mars Wrigley business. Rebecca focused on creating breakthrough marketing programs that extend through every consumer touchpoint, including the newly created ‘Throw Shine’ campaign for 3 MUSKETEERS® and the SNICKERS® ‘You’re Not You When You’re Hungry’ extension into the NFL sponsorship.
Rebecca earned a Master Degree in Business Administration from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor of Science from The College of New Jersey. During her studies, she has had the opportunity to leverage her passion for traveling to study in both Italy and Russia.
