Vic spent 17 years in the music industry leading the TV teams at Virgin, EMI and Polydor. She produced creative promotional campaigns for a huge range of artists ranging from Madonna, Katy Perry and Emeli Sande to David Guetta, Robbie Williams and Sting. Her roles were a combination of PR, event management, leadership and creative problem solving! Alongside she worked on various events including Smirnoff Experience, Orange at Glastonbury, Mercury Music Prize and the NME Awards and numerous artist TV specials.
Outside of work, Vic is mum to two little boys and an enormous dog. She once drove from the UK to The Gambia in a Ford Fiesta for a charity rally.
