Before his role as President, he served as Global Chief Operating Officer where he directly managed a business with annual revenue of over $10 billion, employing over 30,000 people, and with a market capitalization of over $50 billion.
During his tenure at Reckitt, Adi led operations across nearly every major market, including India, China, the USA, the UK, Europe, Africa, Latin America, ASEAN, and Australasia. He spearheaded the creation and growth of eRB, Reckitt’s eCommerce, venturing, and partnerships arm, which became the core growth driver of the global business. He spent seven transformational years in China and North Asia, significantly contributing to Reckitt’s global growth and scale.
