Claire is an Executive Coach, specialising in marketing and advertising and has spent 15 years in leadership positions in creative communications agencies, most recently as CEO of One Green Bean, one of Australia’s most progressive and awarded PR agencies. Her experience of being an authentic leader and successfully growing publicly-listed companies in complex operating environments enables her to understand in depth the realities of life as an Executive.
Through an evidenced-based, systems approach to coaching, Claire supports her clients to develop a bigger perspective in order to better notice how the world inter-connects and their influence within it. This leads to enhanced meaning making, better decision making, easier transitions and a flourishing, fulfilled life. Claire’s coaching education includes a Masters of Science of Psychology of Coaching from the University of Sydney, which leads the world in this arena.
