She enjoys working with emerging leaders generating their best independent thinking in service of becoming the leader they want to become through compassion, conscious and courageous leadership.
She is a master credited coach with the International Coach Federation. Additionally, she is a licensed practitioner UK & Europe of Truly Human Leadership, with the Chapman & Co Leadership Institute.
Jane has over 30 years’ experience within people focused roles in professional and financial services. Jane’s experience includes Director of her own coaching practice, and HR Executive within European and US Investment Banks and an International Law Firm where she was responsible for the strategy and implementation of resourcing and development of people across front line businesses. Jane’s work is underpinned with post graduate diplomas in Human Resources Management and Psychological Coaching.
