Jennifer is an executive coach and marketing consultant with over 25 years of experience in developing high-functioning teams, inspiring emerging leaders and championing entrepreneurs.
Having navigated the early days of dot com advertising agencies at Digitas, Wunderman and McCann Worldgroup, the height of luxury branding and storytelling at the LIPMAN Agency and L’Oreal Groupe, and the rise of mission-driven founder-led start-ups with Rebecca Minkoff, Nasty Gal, The Business of Fashion and theSkimm; Jennifer has developed an innate ability to cultivate purpose in an unassuming way that in turn engenders thriving leadership and cultures.
She inherently believes that every individual benefits from having a champion and is passionate about supporting those who are already endlessly inspired, yet still very much unfinished. Helping others realize their full potential by being exactly who they are is her brand of fulfillment.
Jennifer is certified in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from Rutgers University in partnership with Heidrick & Struggles, and is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Her home for a little over two decades is New York City with unforgettable moments of discovery in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles and London; oftentimes traveling with her own tiny explorer – a Cavalier King Charles named Asher – right by her side.
