Najoh Tita-Reid, Chief Brand & Experience Officer, Mars Petcare

Najoh Tita-Reid is Chief Brand & Experience Officer at Mars Petcare.

Prior to this she was the Global Chief Marketing Officer for Logitech where she was responsible for worldwide marketing, brand equity, creative, branded and direct-to-consumer e-commerce sites, and marketing transformation across 120 countries.

She is the former Global Commercial Marketing Head for business-to-consumer and business-to-business and the Global Marketing Reinvention Leader, where she designed and implemented the first Global Commercial Marketing Organization, driving growth across all regions, managing P&L and performance marketing across channels. She was also responsible for reimagining, redefining, and reinventing the global marketing function, reporting to the CEO.

Najoh is a multifaceted global marketer with global marketing expertise and a record of strategic and operational ingenuity in diverse consumer product companies. A creative and charismatic leader, Najoh is known for driving innovation in products, processes, and people and leading transformation across complex organizations. She has developed acclaimed digital and omnichannel initiatives and launched industry-changing multicultural campaigns. She builds strong, diverse, inclusive, and collaborative teams and is comfortable working across cultures and continents to drive accountability and creativity.

Before joining Logitech, Najoh served as Global Chief Marketing Officer and Member of the Executive Board at Hero AG, where she led the marketing function as well as brand strategy, R&D/innovation, sustainability, and quality. Prior to Hero AG, Najoh held diverse general management, marketing, and product development roles with some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical, health care, and consumer product companies including Bayer, Merck, GlobalHue. She started her career at Procter & Gamble as the age of 17 and worked with them in Sales and Brand Management for nearly 20 years with brands such as Pampers, which became the first P&G brand to reach $10 billion in annual sales.

Najoh has been named to Campaign US’s CMO 50 list, Fortune’s List of Top 50 Entrepreneurial CMOs, Yahoo! Finance’s Hero Women’s Role Model list, Women’s Tech Network’s Top 100 Women in Tech to Watch list, honored with AdWeek’s Brand Genius Award and listed as Brand Innovator’s CMO of Week. Najoh has also co-founded the Black Executive CMO Alliance, a group that aims to provide a space for Black marketing C-Suite executives to share, learn, elevate, and pay it forward in order to create opportunity, access, and equality for the current and next generation of Black marketing leaders.

Najoh holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BA in English from Spelman College. She has also completed several leadership and design programs from schools including IMD, Simmons University, the Stanford School of Design and the UK’s CBI.
