Tracy is an accredited Executive Coach and Team Coach with over 25 years business experience, supporting Executives and top teams in realising their people and service strategies. Tracy works across a wide range of industries and with several FTSE 100 organisations.
Her work includes leadership, employee engagement, strategic stakeholder and service partnering. She enjoys working with leaders who want to cocreate distinctive relationships with their people and develop practical ways of leading which are fulfilling for both the leader and those being led, creating an environment fostering high levels of employee engagement and enabling sustainable business success.
Tracy is known for her curiosity, courageous and enabling style. Her early career was with a global airline, working across cultures and countries in ground operation leadership roles and support function leadership roles. From 1995-1998 Tracy lived and worked in the UAE. She was Training Manager Abu Dhabi & Al Ain Airport Catering & Duty from 1996-1998 and provided consulting and coaching services to other clients in the UAE.
