Krishma Sood, Marketing Manager, Shapes – The Arnotts Group

Krishma is a passionate and entrepreneurial business leader with a drive to make a positive impact on the businesses, brands, and people that she leads. Krishma has business experience across the FMCG industry- holding roles across Procter & Gamble and Unilever, both locally and globally, with expertise in end-to-end marketing strategy, innovation and new product development. She is currently the Marketing Manager for the iconic Australian brand Shapes at The Arnott’s Group, focussed on developing plans to excite and delight consumers across ANZ.

Social impact is a passion point for Krishma, which was sparked during her time working at Unilever in Singapore where she was responsible for leading global packaging sustainability initiatives for Lux bar soaps. This was further enhanced throughout her time abroad at The London School of Economics, where she studied a Master’s in Social Business & Entrepreneurship.

Her career highlight to date was re-launching the teeVee snacks brand and leading the brand’s collaboration with Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. She still has dreams about her favourite product in the range… Kookies & Kreme and all the doughnuts she got to eat throughout development! Krishma lead an agile innovation team from idea through to execution in under seven months – doubling the brand’s size. This experienced allowed her to harness her entrepreneurial spirit and drive multiple facets of the business.

Her ambition for social impact and innovation has been recognised through her gaining a place as B&Ts 30 Under 30 finalist for Marketing and The Drum’s Future Global Top 50 in 2021.

When she’s not in the office, you can find Krishma Bollywood dancing, travelling as much as possible and planning her upcoming wedding!
