Sarah Rosales, National Marketing & Customer Experience Manager, Toyota Finance Australia

Sarah is an extremely passionate and enthusiastic marketer who has a thirst for innovation and truly loves making a difference, big or small.

An automotive marketing specialist with over 20 years dedicated specifically to this industry, Sarah has a unique portfolio after working across OEM in Cars, Trucks, automotive dealerships, and now financial services.

Currently, as the National Marketing and Customer Experience Manager at Toyota Financial Services, Sarah is responsible for brand and marketing as well as ‘Voice of Customer, across both retail finance, insurance and fleet.

Prior to this, Sarah headed up the Marketing at Hino Motor Sales Australia; during this time, she was responsible for Hino Trucks first major sponsorship in its 50-year history with Supercars Australia, closed a gap in dealership marketing capability by developing a ‘dealer marketing centre’; the same year, Sarah was selected as a Finalist in the Women in Industry Awards.

Before joining Hino, Sarah was the Group Marketing Manager for Australia’s largest automotive retailer, Automotive Holdings Group (AHG). She has also held various management positions in brand, product and marketing with Hyundai Motor Company Australia.

What is specifically important to Sarah is working with her team and peers. With every role, large or small, Sarah’s primary focus is to create a collaborative culture that works to empower and develop each member for what they can contribute whilst supporting them to navigate and craft their own journeys.

Away from work Sarah loves a classic uno tournament and movie nights. To unwind and reset you will find her hitting the road for a run, doing Physical Culture Dancing, or enjoying a classic bottle of Champagne with cheese.
