Yvette Costi, former CMO – Unispace

Yvette is a business objectives focused strategist who thrives on exceeding expectation, using creativity, innovation and out of the box thinking to drive sales, business profitability and market reach.

Most recently she was Chief Marketing Officer for Unispace – a global design and construction firm that delivers workplaces for some of the world’s biggest brands. During her time there she took out-dated marketing operations and an underutilised team through a global digital transformation and established a brand function that saw an increase in sales and brand equity and saw her team’s effectiveness increase exponentially.

She has worked for some of the world’s most respected property developers across her previous three roles as Global Head of Marketing for Crown Group (AUS), Brand & Marketing Director for Mount Anvil (UK) and Head of Marketing at YOO (Global). Delivering award winning, omnichannel marketing strategies for residential and hotel developments in Asia, Australia, the USA, Latin America, the Middle East, and Europe.

During her time working agency side Yvette collaborated with brands such as The Serpentine Gallery, ISSEY MIYAKE, Hermes, Vivienne Westwood, Moet Hennessy and The Victoria & Albert Museum on public relations campaigns across Europe.

Yvette extremely proud of her leadership journey. The talented people she has had the pleasure of working with and watch grow, are her greatest achievements. She strives to cultivate a team culture that multiplies her peoples’ potential and see them challenge themselves beyond their initial expectations. The only thing she is prouder of than her leadership journey, is her journey through motherhood. Made possible with the arrival of her son Marlowe in December 2020.
