James Ajaka, CEO – Allied Pinnacle

James Ajaka is Chief Executive Officer of Allied Pinnacle; Australia’s leading manufacturer of flour, bakery mix and bakery products.

Allied Pinnacle currently employs approximately 2,000 people across Australia. Allied Pinnacle has a national footprint with flour mills spanning all capital cities sourcing wheat from the key growing regions across Australia and in turn supplying flour, bread and cake mixes to food manufacturers, large and small. In addition, Allied Pinnacle manufacture a wide range of bakery products including artisan breads cakes, cookies, pastries, croissants and muffins. James is excited about working with a talented team of people and bringing some great consumer-focused innovations including better for you options to the category.

James has a Bachelor of Business with a double major in marketing and international business from the Australian Catholic University and also completed an MBA at the Australian Graduate School of Management in 2009.
James was previously Chief nudie at Nudie Foods Australia. In the 12 years he was with the company nudie went from blending fruit in a kitchen for family and friends to being the number 1 chilled juice brand in Australia across the grocery segment. In the six years that James was Chief nudie, nudie’s market share went from circa 2.5% to 30%.
James is passionate about great leadership and believes in good people, clever thinking, empowerment and putting in the hard yards.

James is married to Cathy and is the proud father of Eliza, Brooke & Rose.
