Susan Massasso is a commercially driven ASX100 executive with over 20 years’ experience as a marketer and a demonstrated track record of generating meaningful business results in branded food, beverages and healthcare companies.
Susan joined The a2 Milk Company in September 2013 with leadership of consumer insights, brand strategy development, communication (brand and corporate) and innovation across all markets. The scope of her role also includes high level of involvement in investor relations.
Prior to this, Susan held several senior leadership and commercial positions across the Campbell Arnott’s business including Asia Pacific Marketing Director (across Australia, New Zealand and Asia), Marketing Director Arnott’s ANZ, General Manager Campbell’s ANZ and Marketing Director Campbell’s ANZ. In addition, Susan spent a number of years at Unilever where she held a variety of marketing, consumer insight and logistics roles.
Susan attended the University of Sydney under scholarship from accounting firm Price Waterhouse Coopers where she gained undergraduate employment throughout her degree.
Susan is wife to Mathew and mother to 3 rambunctious sons – James, Luke and Daniel.
