Natalie Benoy, Head of UK Devices & Services Partner Marketing, Google

Natalie Benoy leads a team responsible for marketing Google’s hardware products (including Pixel and Nest) with retail and telco partners across the UK. She drives all elements of bringing products to life with partners, including co-marketing campaigns, e-commerce & in-store execution and store associate training & advocacy efforts. She joined Google’s hardware organisation in California before they launched their first product. Over the past five years, she has helped to build the team from the ground up, translating Google’s brand into an entirely new industry. She launched Google’s first physical shop-in-shops, developed the global strategy for Pixel in retail and managed product launches across the world. When she first joined Google in 2014, she managed Strategy & Operations for Google’s global CMO, including developing the annual marketing investment plan for the full organisation.

Natalie started her career at American Express, where she worked on strategic projects including launching a new product in India and developing one of Amex’s first prepaid cards. She then led strategic initiatives across Amex’s International B2B Marketing team, which covered 22 markets.

Natalie is a high-energy, relentlessly positive marketer who thrives on bringing order to chaos and building new businesses from scratch. She is passionate about building diverse & cohesive teams, bringing joy into the workplace and mentoring young talent, particularly from non-traditional backgrounds.

Outside of work, she is an avid reader, a slow but enthusiastic runner and a regular at food markets across London.
