Lizzy Johnson, VP Marketing & Communications – Flash Entertainment

Lizzy joined Flash Entertainment, the Middle East’s leading Entertainment Company, in October 2019 as VP Marketing and Communications, to drive Flash Entertainment’s brand equity and lead marcoms and digital transformation in support of the company’s ambitious growth goals and regional expansion.

With over 20 years’ experience in various industries from beverages, sports and lifestyle brands within FTSE100, start-ups, entrepreneurial private-equity backed and Sporting Federations, Lizzy is considered a change agent with entrepreneurial spirt.  Most recently, Lizzy worked for JUUL Labs, a USA based startup and before this Quintessential Brands in London, as Global Brands, Marketing and Innovation Director creating and developing the branded spirits portfolio of 13 brands across 4 different categories.  Lizzy has worked for Diageo as a member of their leadership team and Global Brand Director of Captain Morgan, the 6th largest spirit brand in the world, The Heineken Group in their HQ in Amsterdam, leading their Global Lifestyle and Experiential activities across music and sport and Asia Pacific Breweries in Singapore, leading the repositioning, rebranding and relaunching of Tiger Beer in 65 Countries.

Lizzy also spent three years with the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) in Switzerland where she led a brand driven directive, striving to inspire marketing excellence in football and connecting with fans across the world.  Lizzy is a global citizen, having lived and/or worked in Asia Pacific, USA, Latam, UK, Europe and Switzerland, and recently completed the selective Marketing Academy ‘Fellowship’ program sponsored by McKinsey & Company.
