Mark Alldred, Head of Strategic Growth Portfolio – Pepsico

Mark currently leads an entrepreneurial team at Pepsico responsible for delivering growth across the UK snacks portfolio, including eCom (eGrocery & Pureplay), incubator brands, premium, channel development and development of key category entry points (Seasons & Events)

Prior to that Mark worked at Premier Foods leading across a number of business critical brands and projects that have supported the business’ turnaround. As Brand Director he led the team responsible for transforming the Quick Meals, Soups and Snack category. With an emphasis on winning consumers’ hearts and minds with a laser-sharp focus on the core while driving fluent innovation. This approach saw the team achieve one of the top FMCG launches in 2017/18. He was also responsible for leading the business’ high profile strategic collaboration with Nissin Foods.

Mark is motivated by creating change that delivers value, unlocking the potential in people, brands and organisations. His authentic approach to leadership has seen him consistently recognised as one of top marketers in his industry.

FMCG and retail have always been a passion and he has worked in a number of roles at both local and international level.

Mark lives in Twickenham and away from work he loves to travel, cook and keep fit, recently completing the London half marathon for Tommy’s charity – an organisation that funds research into miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth. When not on the road working to improve his personal best running times, he has been known to turn his hand to a bit of Karaoke, honed on his recent business trips to meet with Nissin Foods in Japan!
