Mollie currently leads financial services marketing across EMEA, for Facebook. She is responsible for establishing Facebooks’ position within the industry and building credibility with clients. The financial services industry is one of strong tradition, but it being disrupted by innovative players – Mollie is responsible for helping the traditional players to develop digitally focused marketing strategies as well as demonstrating the value of brand building to the newer, acquisition focused FinTech players.
Prior to Facebook, Mollie was at HSBC holding a variety of marketing roles across the Commercial and Investment banking divisions. It was at HSBC that Mollie’s curiosity for the world of Financial Services grew – internally she noticed a distinct lack of purpose, which she found fascinating given the crucial role that finance plays in our everyday lives. This is where Mollie’s interest in purpose driven business began and it was the start of her mission to make banking more human.
Mollie has a huge passion for sport, exercise and wellness and so in her spare time can be found engaging in endurance sporting activities or trying to inspire others to get up and active.
