Claire Croft

For over 20 years Claire’s career has, at its core, been about inspiring positive behaviour change in people . Before becoming an executive coach she worked within advertising agencies at board level for several years.

As a strategist Claire drew upon the worlds of psychology and behavioural economics as she led brands such as Boots, O2, Virgin Trains, BMW and the BBC in the development of highly innovative and successful marketing strategies.

For the past 6 years Claire has run her own coaching practise supporting senior leaders and leadership teams to be at their brilliant best. Claire’s clients find her strategic approach a breath of fresh air. She challenges them but is known for doing it in a way which is respectful, energising and lighthearted .

She is an ICF accredited coach and each year she invests 10% of her income in her own personal development

Claire is also Director of Corporate Punk – a change management consulting, coaching and training organisation which specialises in helping businesses to do change with, instead of to, its people.
