Clare Cox

Clare is a Leadership Coach who has been in ‘been in your shoes’, through her own extensive experience of management then leadership roles, sitting on SLTs with responsibility for External Affairs. She understands the realities, challenges and rewards these roles can bring, as well as the systems and ‘politics’.

Clare supports current and emerging leaders to realise their potential and overcome perceived barriers to success. She firmly believes that the change, insights, new perspectives and greater self-awareness that coaching brings should sustain long after the coaching relationship has ended.

Having worked with her client to agree clear goals and define ‘success’, she balances challenge and empathy, improving her clients’ confidence in their own problem-solving skills.

Clare works with clients in the UK and more recently the US and Europe. Qualified at Henley Business School, accredited by the Association for Coaching, and trained in psychometric profiling (MBTI) she has supported clients in listed companies, academia, Not for Profits, the military and SMEs to achieve their goals and improve their effectiveness.
