Gareth works at the intersection of 3 spaces with c-suite teams and boards: business strategy, growth advisory and coaching, with a focus on people and businesses that are at an inflection point in their lifecycle or stage of growth.
Alongside his advisory work with Octopus Investments in their TMT scale up portfolio, he also works with executive teams in his own consulting practice. After bowing out of full-time executive life in 2021, he trained as an executive coach and is launching a venture to help other execs to learn to coach at pace as part of their existing role or in transition to a portfolio career.
Previously, he spent almost 20 years in the corporate world working in four industry verticals. He is a former CMO and General Manager, most recently with O2 where he led the £ multi-billion PnL. He is originally from Stoke on Trent in the UK and now lives in London with his French partner of 17 years.
