Lizzy Johnson, Chief Customer Officer, Vapiano

Lizzy has held a number of Senior Leadership roles within FMCG, F&B, Sport, and Tech for FTSE100 to PE backed start-ups. A career which began at The Heineken Group for over 8 years in their HQ in Amsterdam and thereafter Heineken Asia Pacific, Singapore, leading the global repositioning, rebranding and relaunch of Tiger Beer in 65 Countries, followed by 4 years as Head of Marketing for UEFA in Switzerland.

For the past 4 years, Lizzy has been consulting in the Middle East on digital transformation, new customer-centric approaches, growth strategies and geographic expansion, for e-commerce and digital aggregators, including Deliveroo Middle East on their IPO Journey and Farmbox, a premium online Grocery platform, as General Manager, on their turn around strategy, which led to the successful sale.

Lizzy is Chief Customer Officer of Vapiano, a global restaurant chain, owned by McWin Capital Partners based between Dubai and UK/Europe. A global citizen, having lived and/or worked in the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Europe, Switzerland, UK and USA, with a passion for skiing and a love of new experiences.
