Rachel is an experienced ICF-accredited Executive and Leadership coach, with over 25 years’ commercial and marketing experience within blue chip global organisations in senior Marketing and Capability leadership roles. These include GSK, News UK, Shell, United Biscuits and sofa.com.

Rachel has an ability to understand the organisational context where you work – the politics and ways of working, the pressures that you may face including balancing a demanding workload and also the opportunities.

Her clients use Rachel as a partner to catalyse their thinking, particularly when tackling tough choices or situations, so that they can achieve their potential and develop their leadership and communication style. Rachel’s approach is to listen to where her client is, understand their goals, challenge their assumptions, and ultimately help them to get to where they want to be quicker than they might do alone. She is a warm, calm, positive yet challenging coach, helping her clients maintain perspective, and develop confidence in their own thinking.
