Abigail Dixon is an award-winning marketer and consultant, course director and capability consultant, Chartered Marketer and fellow of the CIM. Founder and Director of award-winning marketing and capability consultancy Labyrinth Marketing. She is author and podcast host of The Whole Marketer, which aims to empower marketers to not only have a successful but fufilled career in marketing and their lives as a whole.
Abigail is passionate about supporting and empowering the marketers behind the brands and business; her purpose is to help others to grow. Abigail draws on her 20 + years experience as an award-winining marketer, working on and consulting for many household brands, across multiple sectors and industries to step change the brands’ growth. Highly regarded in the marketing community she is an awards judge for multiple industry bodies , providingtraining and thought leadership for influential marketing bodies (CIM, IPM, AAR). She is an accredited CIM trainer and consultant for the global delivery framework. As such, Abigail sees firsthand the competencies required in this ever-changing landscape in which marketers now practice.
As Founder/Director of Labyrinth Marketing, Abigail develops marketing strategies to step change growth for household brands through developing long term strategy and providing resource, training and mentoring to empower the marketers to bring those strategic plans to life.
She utilises her unique position to draw on her wealth of experience from having coached, mentored and trained 1000’s of marketers across multiple sectors, industries and brands to define what skills marketers need to possess to not only be successful at what they do but also understand how and why.
Echoing her generous approach to mentorship she was recently recognised in the Top 50 Kindness Leaders 2020. In 2019 Abigail won Independent Consultant of the Year at the global Women in Marketing (WiM) awards. Labyrinth Marketing won Best Marketing Agency 2018 at the BoC Brilliance in Marketing awards.
