Jane is a coach and consultant with over 25 years of experience with senior positions in Learning, Leadership Development and OD in a number of sectors including Media, Chemicals and Consulting. She is a working mum with two children and a passion for running. Jane believes in the power of people to learn, grow and change and is passionate about supporting that change in her coaching and consulting.
Jane is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, has a Masters in Organizational Psychology and is a qualified coach and member of the ICF. She is also certified in and uses a number of tools when relevant (DiSC, Hogan, MBTI and ESCI) to help her clients increase their self-awareness and impact.
Jane’s coaching style is about creating a balance of support and challenge. She seeks first to establish trust with her clients, through deep listening and through a strengths and values based approach. However she also believes that effective coaching is also about challenge of some kind – whether it be a belief which is no longer serving a purpose, a habit which needs shifting, feedback that needs unpacking or a goal that is yet to be achieved.
Jane’s clients have been senior leaders in Marketing, Finance and Operations; their feedback reflects that Jane shows deep listening and connection and has a highly empathic, pragmatic and goal-focused approach.
