Prior to becoming an executive coach, Jo enjoyed a successful 18-year career in marketing, working with FTSE 100 companies in multiple leadership roles. Her understanding of the complexity and challenges that leaders face today brings a balance of commercial acumen and emotional intelligence, allowing coaching conversations to remain focused with clear objectives, helping her clients to move forward both professionally and personally.
